SDI develops scenarios that give participants a coherent setting, a practical problem, and the information needed to make decisions. Scenarios can support individual courses, exercises, or a complete training program.
Deliverables can include scenario background and actors, maps and timelines, reports and supporting data, event material, and a reference guide.
Exercise Development
SDI connects the scenario, participant tasks, events, and evaluation criteria into a package the client can run.
Deliverables can include objectives, an exercise plan and schedule, controller and evaluator instructions, injects, assessment tools, and after-action review materials.
Curriculum & Program Development
SDI designs courses and training programs around what participants must be able to do. We develop the sequence, teaching materials, practical work, and assessments needed for delivery.

Organizational Design & Procedures
SDI develops organizational documents and procedures needed to put an agreed design into use. Deliverables can include structures, role descriptions, workflows, standard operating procedures, templates, and process guides.
Doctrine development and revision can include national-level doctrine, TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, Procedures), and SOPs, with an executive summary and key leader briefs.
Standards & Evaluation Development
SDI develops performance standards, assessment criteria, rubrics, checklists, evaluator guides, scoring tools, and feedback templates.
